Filtration Principle:

At this time to observe the filter press liquid situation and leakage between the filter plate, filtering for a period of time after the filter press liquid out of the hole liquid gradually decreases, which indicates that the filter chamber is gradually filled with slag, when the liquid out of the mouth does not come out of the liquid or only a very small amount of liquid, proving that the slag in the chamber has been fully formed into a moulded filter cake.
③ Turn off the power supply of the self-priming pump after the filtration is completed, and close the outlet valve of the feed valve. Open the compression device to wait for the remaining liquid to flow out and then remove the filter membrane, clean and maintain the plate frame and pipeline according to the first step to end the filtration.
