Filtration Principle:

①Open the pressing device to clean the filter frame filter plate and pipeline with purified water or steam, transfer the feed pipe to the raw material liquid, install the infiltrated filtering medium, press the plate frame, and check whether the sealing ring and filtering medium are twisted and deformed.
②When the filter press is pressed, the operation of feeding can be carried out: open the feed, and slowly open the feed valve, the feed pressure gradually increased to normal pressure. At this time to observe the filter press liquid situation and leakage between the filter plate, filtering for a period of time after the filter press liquid out of the hole liquid gradually decreases, which indicates that the filter chamber is gradually filled with slag, when the liquid out of the mouth does not come out of the liquid or only a very small amount of liquid, proving that the slag in the chamber has been fully formed into a moulded filter cake.
③ Turn off the power supply of the self-priming pump after the filtration is completed, and close the outlet valve of the feed valve. Open the compression device to wait for the remaining liquid to flow out and then remove the filter membrane, clean and maintain the plate frame and pipeline according to the first step to end the filtration.
