(b) The filtration surface of the filter plate adopts a concave and convex point structure. During the pressure filtration process, the filtrate is not restricted by the direction and flows around along the water channels formed by the convex points, which reduces the flow time and greatly increases the filtration speed;
(c) Each channel of the filter plate is reasonably designed and has strong flexibility. The feed inlet is designed in the middle and upper part of the plate or according to user requirements to facilitate the filtrate to radiate to the surroundings. The filter plate does not deform during use, so the feed volume is large and the speed is high. Fast, the moisture content of the filter cake is low. Once the filter plate is pulled open, the filter cake will automatically separate from the filter cloth by its own weight without external force, and the effect is excellent.
(d) When the rubber on the filter surface and the internal skeleton are vulcanized, an isolation method is used to separate the rubber from the skeleton to form a hollow structure. When squeezing, just feed compressed air into the middle to bulge the rubber membrane and filter the filter cake. press. The use of this structure can effectively prevent air leakage between the filter plate and the pressing membrane during ordinary pressing. The pressing effect is significantly better than that of ordinary pressing, and the moisture content of the mud cake can be reduced by about 5%. The service life is 2 to 3 years longer than ordinary diaphragms.
